Delivery Terms

Your orders are shipped within 5 business days (Monday-Friday) after bank approval. Depending on the shipping company, they are delivered to your address within 7-10 business days. All the products you order are sent by the shipping companies we have an agreement with.

For products labeled as Pre-Order, the shipping delivery process will be indicated in the product description.

You can find out whether a product is in pre-order status from the product description.

You may receive multiple shipping packages depending on the quantity of products in your order.


How Can I Place an Order?

You can place an order on our website as a guest or as a registered member.

Registering will provide you with benefits such as exclusive campaigns and privileges.

After creating your membership, you can go to the page of the product you want to buy, choose your preferred color and size, click the "Add to Cart" button, and then place your order by providing the shipping, delivery, and payment information that the system will ask you for by clicking on the cart icon in the top right corner of our page.


Which Shipping Company Will Deliver My Order?

The orders you place through our website are delivered by Navlungo International Shipping company.


How Much is the Shipping Fee?

The shipping fee for your orders will be indicated as a separate item before payment in your shopping cart.


What Will Happen After I Place My Order?

After your order reaches our system smoothly, a detailed email regarding your order will be sent to the email address you used when creating your membership on our website. Our customer representatives will prepare your products and send them to you via courier as soon as possible. Your order will be shipped within 5 business days after reaching us. If your order includes a product under pre-order status, the shipping process will be indicated in the product details section. You will receive another email once your product is delivered to the shipping company, informing you about the shipping details. You can make your payments online with a credit card.


How Can I Track the Status of My Order?

After logging in as a member on our website, you can track all the orders you have placed by going to the "My Orders" section under your account and clicking on the "Detail" section.


What Should I Pay Attention to When Receiving the Product?

During shipment, open and check any packages you suspect are damaged in the presence of the delivery person. If there is any damage to the product, do not accept the product without creating a report with the shipping company. After receiving the product, remember that you acknowledge that the shipping company has fulfilled its duty completely.
