RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
DISCLAIMER
For all our customers residing outside the Republic of Turkey, the regulations and commercial laws established by the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Turkey are applicable.
Customers who are not citizens of the Republic of Turkey have the same rights as our customers who are citizens of the Republic of Turkey.
KAI GROUP TEXTILE TRADE LIMITED COMPANY may change or cancel this practice without prior notice or reason.
Warranty and Return Conditions
All our products are under the guarantee of our company.
To be eligible for warranty conditions, please check the product during delivery. If you notice any damage, do not accept the product without making a report. Any alterations made to the product, deformation of the product, or disruption of the original design of the product are not covered by warranty and return.
Under the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 Right of Withdrawal;
You can return the product you purchased within 15 business days with its invoice, in accordance with the return conditions.
RETURN CONDITIONS
The product/products you want to return must be sent intact (all accessories and parts that come with the product package; cardboard label, needle, etc.) and in its original box securely. It should be in packaging suitable for its size and not susceptible to damage, without any alterations made to it. The product must be unused and in a condition suitable for resale; there should be no damage such as stains, tears, breaks, etc.
The packaging of cosmetic products such as perfumes must not be opened.
Due to hygiene reasons, returns and exchanges cannot be made for underwear products.
If there is no information regarding your request in the package you sent to us, the package will be considered as a return process.
The system will not automatically provide you with a return barcode for shipping.
Your return orders can only be sent to the address below, where our warehouse is located.
To initiate the return process, follow the steps below.
*Customers who do not reside in the Republic of Turkey must send an email to info@suicidehotlinestudio.com stating their return request. Our support team will contact you via email for the return process.
*According to the commercial laws of the Republic of Turkey, the buyer can return the product within 14 days after receiving the product without specifying any reason.
*For the return to be provided, the product must be undamaged, and all documents and accessories that come with the product must be complete.
RETURN PROCESS
Upon arrival at our warehouse, the suitability of the return conditions is examined.
If the product meets the return conditions, the return process is approved within 2-10 business days.
If the product does not meet the return conditions, it will be returned to you.
The reflection of the returned amount to your card depends on your bank. SUICIDE HOTLINE pays the total amount for installment purchases to the bank at once. The bank refunds this amount to your credit card in as many installments as the number of months. For example, if you made a purchase in 3 installments, the refund will be completed in 3 months.
After sending your return products, if necessary, you may be asked for your tracking number. Please keep your tracking number to avoid any problems.
If the campaign conditions continue to be met after cancellation or return, the campaign will not be canceled.
If the remaining products in the order after cancellation or return do not meet the campaign conditions, the campaign will be canceled. The refund will be made minus the campaign discount.
If orders created with the free shipping campaign are canceled/returned and the remaining amount does not meet the campaign condition, the shipping fee will be deducted from the refunded product price.
We do not have an exchange process on our online system.
Due to stock differences that may occur during the online sales process, exchanges cannot be made.
